Solgar Formula VM-75 is a high-potency multivitamin with amino acid chelated minerals – and is among the best-selling multivitamins in the natural products industry. In tablet form, Formula VM-75 is taken once a day, making it easy to incorporate into a healthy program of nutrition. The “75” means that Formula VM-75 contains 75 mg of most of the B vitamins.
Free of sugar, salt and starch it has been formulated to provide adults with nutritional support. With Vitamins B12 and B6 for immune system and nervous system support, Vitamin C to contribute to bone and teeth health, Vitamin D to support the immune system and bone health. Also blended with Copper which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
